4. ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website. We accept the following payment methods:

You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4.3 Shipping

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control. International customers may experience additional customs processing time.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Breast Tape (intimate hygiene product)
• Bra Accessories (if opened or used)
• Anti-Chafe products (personal care items)
• Any items without original tags or packaging
• Items showing signs of wear or alteration

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Package items in original condition with all tags attached
4. Ship your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method

5.4 Refunds

Refund processing time:

• Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days
• JCB/MasterCard/Visa Refunds: 7-14 business days

Your refund will include the product cost minus original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 International Returns

For our valued international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
