Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FOREVER YOUR LINGERIE purchase. Our returns process reflects the same thoughtful attention to detail that goes into creating our collections.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Breast Tape (intimate hygiene product)
- Bra Accessories (if opened or used)
- Anti-Chafe products (personal care items)
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Return Process
Request Authorization

Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive return authorization with instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Package & Ship
Carefully package items in original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Send Your Return
Ship your return to our fulfillment center using the provided label or a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- JCB/MasterCard/Visa Refunds: 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Amount: Your refund will include the product cost minus original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your exchange item using your preferred shipping method. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
International Returns
For our valued international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
